Great if you’re in pharma. Especially related to sales force and pricing. Rest is a “growth goal” but still not the core business
Top notch in Pharma sales and marketing. Great people and culture. Decent pay and growth opportunities. Expect good growth curve. However don’t expect upstream strategy work which is still done by McKinsey/ BCG etc. Significant amount of repeat business.
85% business is Pharma. 15% rest. Very Pharma heavy. All the best in your search!
Yep, can't hurt to explore for the 15%. Thanks fellow 🎏 :)
I'm not in pharma. Open but not super interested as I have an analysis background in retail and cpg. Sounds like not the best fit then. Thanks!
At least you know now
We have a growing non-pharma team that may be worth talking to - drop a burner if you want me to put you in touch with a few SF colleagues. Btw our "SF" office is actually one of two locations not located in the city, one in South San Francisco and the other in San Mateo. Amazing views tho ✌️
When I interned there, there was a multi-project staffing model (staffed on multiple projects with multiple teams). Not sure if that’s still true but that was a turn off for me
