Greatly depends on who the agency/ client is and how much time each client expects. We’re west coast and pay a day rate, if someone wanted to take a project on for the weekends or east coast morning hours before we start only, totally game, but I expect they’ll be dedicated to my clients during our normal hours (9-6) on days they’re working for us.
Yeah, if it’s project work billed by the hour, for sure. If it’s a day rate you’ve got me exclusively on the days you’ve booked me, but open days are always fair game for whoever comes knocking in my book.
Yeah, both hourly gigs and non exclusive. Very transparent with both that I have two things going on, but will be able to manage both gigs without any problems. Both of the teams are good with it and understand.
