Got an offer from Capgemini for 10LPA fixed and also I got an offer from HCL for 11LPA (includes variable pay but mentioned it will be paid monthly basis) , which one is good to join to develop my career growth. Having 4YOE in network security , vulnerability management and selected for the role of vulnerability management in both the firm's

How is the work culture at Tech Mahindra, specially for Business Consultants? I have come across a lot of reviews stating bad elbow and low job security. Can someone pls throw some light on it?

I've worked as a maid for a long time but am tired of driving to everyone's homes, so I'm thinking of trying out a job as a housekeeper in a hotel. Is there anyone out there who has done both jobs and can tell me a bit about the differences? I would appreciate any advice at all.

This is a recent incident happened to me, was interviewed for tcs, salary discussion happened on 12th March and was told to wait for final approval and was told that offer letter would be rolled out in 2 weeks. Hr did not negotiate on the CTC either. After waiting for a month i tried reaching HR they did not respond. After multiple emails they simply say that they cannot move forward due to high deviations. Guys is this normal in TCS that even after final CTC discussions ,candidates get rejectd.

Told a friend of mine in tech I was considering moving to BCG. He asked me if I would have to move to Boston.

I followed up by asking what he thought the top consulting firms were. "I'd guess PwC and then McKinsey are the best. I've also heard of KPMG, Deloitte, and Bain, but I don't know much about them."

Just a reminder that outside our bubble no-one really cares about firm prestige etc.
