I'm an RN of 7 years, experience as a coordinator, on committees and do all the things. But now I just don't want to go to work anymore. I have anxiety every morning over nothing, just having to go perform my job. I could do my job in my sleep so I'm just lost and confused. My body is clearly sending me messages to leave. Does anyone else suffer with paralysis? Mine is so bad I don’t even know what to do anymore. In example, something as simple as responding to a text with a heart and a “happy thanksgiving to you too” was all I needed to do and I didn’t. Now it’s Sunday and I feel awful responding so late. I’m procrastinating with life errands and feeling the burn. I do the biggest bare minimum at work and I’m pretty sure people are started to notice. Everything is making my anxiety and overthinking worse.
