Anyone have a Ruggable rug that they use in their home office? I want a new rug to put my rollie chair on, but not sure if Ruggable rugs are A) flat/firm enough to actually let the chair roll around on B) when you roll the top and bottom part of the Ruggable will start to separate and form air pockets. Any thoughts? Thanks

I already have 1099 from similar company this year and am leaning towards 1099, but I don’t want to be difficult. I do take home office deduction and they are not supplying any equipment. Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

How many interviews is too many? I’ve done 5 one on ones with different people in the practice group. They want me to talk to a few more, but I’m frustrated. It’s so hard to find time to schedule these things and the associates don’t seem to understand I can’t just take them in the middle of the work day at work. Recruiter thinks it’s a good sign.
