Planning a one-week summer vacation to Yellowstone Park area. Family unit of 6, so need to rent a single, large SUV. Just looked at prices and the cheapest car available for 6 people with unlimited mileage is $3,500+. Makes the vacation almost not worth it. Stern is way more than a finance school. Given its location, do you want to spend your 2 years in a rural area or heart of Manhattan? Location is almost everything for business school. (I have a friend in Cornell that frequently travels about 5 hours to NYC for events.)

I have a tenant who is late on rent after having JUST signed an updated lease last month when we bought the property from the previous owner. He has a history of being late on rent.
