Anyone have any insight into Interactive Brokers LLC interview process? I applied directly, got an invite to a PI behavioral assessment, took it, sent the recruiter an email, haven’t heard back from them. It’s been few days, i’m curious about my result, will they reach out with a yes or no, and an assessment result? Or does this mean they decided not to proceed with me based on the profile i got? How long is the typical turn around for a recruit to reach out if they do?

I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.

Company T is paying me way more (twice) than Company B. And I like company T more. However, they want me to start working in February if I get this position. If I end up getting the offer, I will have to quit my internship at Company B, almost immediately after I begin the internship.

I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
