Best YouTube channel to learn Salesforce?
I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.
I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @

Not me personally, but a few of my TA colleagues have pivoted into joining my team as HRBPs (in some cases making a stop along the way in Talent Operations). Some have pivoted into joining a COE like L&D or ID&E.
I pivoted to organizational development after 2 years of recruiting coordinator jobs, and it has been amazing! It still has its bad days, but I feel a lot more fulfilled developing initiatives for existing employees than external candidates

Generalist HR if that’s considered a different career path. For talented agency recruiters, I always recommend sales. The ceiling can be very, very high.

It can be intense, depending on the role. If your team is understaffed it’s easy to become the catch-alll that is there to solve any and all HR problems. But in good companies you can learn a ton and dip into a ton of different roles.
