I absolutely despise working in Home Care, there’s a lot of wear and tear on your body. And, if you don’t have management to have their team’s back then there’s morale issues. However, you do develop friendships with the clients and you most times have control over your schedule.

Yikes !!! Ty for sharing!!
There is a lot of different kinds of home care. Which are you considering? Some examples: you work an 8-12 hour shift in someone’s home who has complex medical needs or you do weekly visits usually an hour or so to set up medications and check health status.
I’m now a case manager at an assisted living and very much enjoy it (98% of the time….theres always “those” days 😂).
