Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. I know I can essentially get any sales job I want in finance IE: financial advisor etc. but don’t want to be stuck in sales forever. Any advice?

I am new to the team and i am facing lots of issues while doing my workspace setup.I have 3 yrs of experience and all of the guys in my team are atleast 7+ yrs. My team ( 6 onshore+2offshore including me) = 8
If I keep on asking for help again and in the team meetings what my lead will think about me as a developer and everyone will be fed up from me seeing me asking for help repeatedly.

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. Currently is a clinical psychologist seeing about 20 ppl/week for 120-130 dollars a person (she currently takes insurance). IMO this limits her overall earning potential.
