Yup. It is common.

Yup I have tore both rotator cuffs on separate occasions because I tripped or slipped on something I should have seen. I have slipped down the stairs because I missed a step and severely bruised my back. I have bruises all up my legs because I am always bumping into my bedframe or coffee table.

Oh my goodness, yes. Constantly covered in bruises and cuts. I walk into walls, fall down stairs, open cabinet doors onto my own head, trip over everything and nothing. I literally broke my foot while walking in my house.

Thinking about adjusting starting to eat at 9:30/10 tomorrow instead.

No questions, just this is going to be something new to get used to.

Here is my dilemma: I was passed up for manager promo last year and rightfully so a lot of my feedback was definitely correlated to me not properly handing my symptoms causing a good bit of inconsistencies in my performance especially if I lacked interest. This year I’ve crushed it and switched up projects off of ones that I’ve long been on. The few people who “advocate” for me seem to be stuck on things that seem either 1) so unsubstantiated and show that they are too far detached from the …

I recently got diagnosed with ADHD. I'm 31 and found this only because b school and post mba consulting job was/is much more challenging than anything I did before. What I'm confused about is that even as a teenager I could read entire books overnight. But the last two years of high school I started selectively zoning out and the problem has become worse since. I just realised it now. My doctor has suggested treating depression (I was also unaware of this) with Wellbutrin first (contd)

Hello All - I struggle with time management. I take medication but I have no idea whether a task will take 40 mins or 4 hours. Because of this, I over commit and under deliver.
