Does Deloitte provide cab facility?
Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?
Does anyone here work for Silicon Valley Bank? They recently acquired Boston Private. I’m a candidate for a job at Boston Private. Wondering if SVB is planning layoffs in the near term at BP? Also, does anyone know the anticipated benefits to be rolled out from SVB as the parent company? Specifically interested in health insurance providers. Thanks in advance for any information! OP - I would emphasize interest in innovation and strategy. Innosight really focuses on longer term strategy than short term, so you could use that to say "and now I'm interested in setting the long term direction of the company to xyz..." If there's opportunity to do so in your interviews, also bring in your analytics experience and talk about how digital capabilities are becoming more important. Sorry I'm not very familiar with Deloitte structure, but is consultant post MBA? I would see if there's anyone at innosight from your schools or different group affiliations first. Warm intros are always better than dropping your resume into the online portal. I think we have a few ppl who used to work at Deloitte too...
What level and what do you do currently?
Would be interested in innosight salary and bonus structure... any insight into this? Glassdoor says average base of 150 but total comp of 222 for a manager, is base really that low? I'm in corporate strategy in industry now but have always been intrigued by innosight
Thanks for the input! I'm in consumer products and focused on corporate strategy, digital strategy, and innovation. I don't know anyone at innosight but like a lot of your thinking and feel like it could be a good cultural fit. Thanks again!

Get innovative and build insight into their recruiting.
Consultant level. A variety of strategy, analytics, and cyber projects but joining some "innovations" group next, but think it's essentially short term strategy work.
D1- Our comp is not very standardized, so it probably skews to whoever submitted that. $222 sounds about right for total comp. What industry are you in? One tip is that we've tried to hire laterally for managers in the past but haven't had success integrating them as well as post MBA consultants (or hiring partners). So the culture fit and industry expertise would be pretty important
I1, Deloitte goes analyst > consultant > senior consultant > manager > senior manager > partner. Senior consultant are post mba. Does Innosight hire pre-mba consultants?
Yep, we hire both pre and post MBAs!
