1. Does Mobility help with overall visa process or employee arranges on his own?
2. Who can confirm what is reimbursed vs borne by employee.
3. Is comp negotiable or ACN won't budge on initial offer?
4. Any hotel accommodation provided for first few days? Can I extend for 10 more days given amber list country restrictions.

Also need an advice on should i submit the counter offer even if i prefer the first organisation only to improve the salary which is less as offered now?

I got selected in LTI, the offered CTC is less than my current CTC, HR says they have budget constraints.

They were aware about my current CTC right from the first call.

I also shared the counter offer that I'm holding. (Offered CTC > Current CTC)
Switch won't make sense if I don't get the basic hike.

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
