Top consulting firms for building mobile apps - IOS or Android?

Hi! I’m on the corporate side and had a quick question. We work with a bunch of consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Deloitte, and LEK) and I’m putting together a leadership offsite. I’m pretty sure I can get at least one of these for some sort of leadership / strategy session. Sounds stupid but what kinds of sessions should I be asking when my team asks for what they can offer (as a freebie lol)

Is it unheard of to hear of people leaving consulting for enlisting in the armed forces?

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

Can anyone from McKinsey or with previous experience at Mckinsey give any explanation as to why there are so many scandals compared to BCG? My friend has offers at both firms and is concerned about culture with taking McKinsey, in large part due to consistent scandals. We're not really sure as to the reasons why it's so consistent with McKinsey.

I’m currently working for a small technical consulting start-up firm. I make good money, have great benefits, and they seem very happy with the work I’m doing, so I know I could move up quickly. However, tech consulting is definitely not my dream job. I want to get into data analytics, and I have an offer from a big company to do just that. I’ve only been at my current company for about 8 months, but I don’t ever see myself loving this job. How do I know when it’s time to make a change?
