Currently I'm working at TCS as an ITA. Recently I got an offer from VMWARE. Can any one please advise me if it is a good time to join VMWARE or not ? My SO adds very little to our relationship. She has a dead end job. I cook. I work. I oversee finances. I plan trips. She doesn’t have a voice in the relationship. While he is overall a decent guy, his anger issues, yelling at his wife for the slightest issue, and insulting nature makes me uncomfortable and triggers my own anger due to his blatant disrespect for just about everyone around him.
