Do any PA firms allow you to bring pets (specifically dogs) to the office? I don't have a dog but it seems all my coworkers do and I just want to pet dogs at work sometimes 🥺

Can anyone share your "non-traditional" CPA journey? I could really use some motivation and seeing a bunch of kids come out of college and have 2-3 or even all exam sections done is super discouraging

It seems that the people arguing against any form of reopening are looking at things from an emotional perspective, while those looking to discuss what may be reasonable to reopen are looking for logical solutions to complex problems.

Anyone know what happens to a two-party shareholder agreement when a third shareholder enters the picture (by a shareholder transfer diluting the original 2 shareholders)? That shareholder agreement is silent on what happens. Now that there are 3 shareholders is it void?

What happen if I don't join one of the big4 Company on joining date?

I asked firm/HR to change DOJ by two weeks and HR said they changed my DOJ and will get the new offer letter. I followed up with them multiple times but yet to receive revised letter from HR.
My initial DOJ is 02-08-2021 which is on Monday and it's not possible for me to join new company on giving date.
