What happens if my H1B case is pending and my employment is terminated?

Working on buying a home. Got great rates with a lender. While signing, noticed that I was marked as a Permanent Resident Alien. I'm on H1B.

If I tell my lender that I'm a non-Permanent Resident Alien, would there be any issues vis a vis rates? or actual approval?

I have 3 more years left on my visa and I have very good credit history over the past 6 years

I am asked to apply for visa for poland, I have a spouse and kid as dependents. On VFS website, visa slots are different for national visa and dependents..so will i have to book visa slot separately for my dependents or can i take my dependents on my visa date.

Some positive news, EADs have now started coming super quickly! Latest renewal just took 3-4 weeks (vs. 6 months), and card validity is now two years (vs. 1)

If I have a valid H1B until May 2025, will the i131 being denied have any impact on me? I need to travel out of country and I know that’ll result in i131 being denied automatically. I have filed for 485 in July 2022 and hopeful that it’ll get approved before my H1B has to be renewed in May 2025. Is there any risk of travel king out of country multiple times on H1B before 485 approval?
