I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. My temp contract has been extended. I’m relieved to be able to pay the bills, but after giving 70-80 shots a day, I literally dream about giving vaccines almost every night! Struggling to keep positive about finding a new permanent job - I was laid off at the end of April, have applied to over 60 jobs, had 6 interviews, and no offers. I can’t go back to chain retail - it damn near broke me in my 20’s, and it’s much worse now.

Woman here, question to men golfers:
I often get teamed up with male golfers as not many ladies play in my area. I feel like they feel awkward (cause they get silent around me, only saying good shot when I make a good shot) and so I start feeling awkward too, and it negatively impacts my game. Is it just in my head?

Well its been about a year since I picked up the game and went from a 30+ handicap to an 8 handicap. All I can say is, we just scratched the surface! Im totally hooked and love golf so much. Were any of you able to dramatically improve over the pandemic?

I’m looking at lessons with a pro. They offer packs of 30 min (6-pack) and 60 min (3-pack) sessions. Is there a benefit to one over the other? Is 30 too short or 60 too long?

I’ve never taken lessons before, just played my whole life. I’m a mid 80s golfer trying to get more consistent and break into the high 70s.

I’ve got a case of short putting yips. Any tips on how to make them lol. I feel like it’s all in my head...left about 5 strokes out there from short misses the other day
