Researching the job mkt & pay for nursing: It is so easy to set up a first interview esp. as a nurse. Set up a zoom meeting, in the zoom meeting ask abt job details and ask for the salary range. They will give it to you, and in my case it was the same range for both of the companies. (Hospice oncall nurse here👋). Then you fit in somewhere on that continuum based on education & experience—that where the negotiation comes in—they will make a case to place you as low as possible on the scale.

I’ve received several take home assignments that clearly use real company data or give a good indication to a company’s future strategy. If I wanted to be petty, assuming I haven’t signed any NDA or fine print promising secrecy, could I share this information publicly without facing legal repercussions?

Obviously I know it’s ill advised and this is purely hypothetical, but just from a legal standpoint, would I get in trouble? Seems like an obvious way to get back at a company.

Need help with a formula. I’m downloading bank statements to excel and I’m trying to do a lookup so it fills in the category based on the bank description. The problem is I’m trying to use the entire bank description as my lookup value, but the table array I’m searching only has the first part of the descriptions (because the last parts are all different bank ref numbers). What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

I have bounced around a couple consulting companies so would prefer not to do it again. Total 4 YOE.

I don’t think I have enough YOE to go for a program architect role at SF otherwise I’d be interested.
