I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Here is my idea for a startup! I collect all the data from career transitions and use Data Analytics to predict the most likely career transitions. I could start with consulting. What do you guys think about this? I would be able to predict based on your firm(mbb, big4), your experience, which role you are likely to move (Faang pm, strategy manager, move to mbb). I have all the data to do this, but wanted your thoughts. Would the output of this be relevant to you?

Is leaving Deloitte as a SC (soon to be manager) with 6.5 YOE worth leaving for S&O lead role at Google? Brand-to-brand I know it would be an upgrade, but how does S&O lead compare to consulting manager?

I was at Big 4 consulting for a year before lateraling to ACN recently. It’s been about 6 months at ACN. Now I have an industry offer for Product Manager, which has been my eventual goal. Interviewing with a small (50 people) boutique firm in a management position. They are in an industry I have 10 years of experience plus I have 5 years management consulting experience in B4 firm. Assuming the pay and potential bonus are reasonable what kind of challenges would I be in for? I already understand this would be a risk to join and help them grow but if I were successful I think it could be very rewarding.

$325k TC at MBB in a non-generalist (still partner track) path. Love the intellectual variety, smart colleagues, flexibility (WFH has let me take occasional 2-3h windows during the day for personal activities) - can’t take the stress anymore. Are WFH industry roles at the $300-500k TC level really that much less stressful?
