Anyone joining Tata consultancy services (tcs) Kochi on July 3rd?

Hi all,

I have cleared all the interviews for Walmart and salary negotiations are also done. A month ago the recruiter said that they are waiting on some approvals and once it is done we will be issuing the offer letter but I haven't heard back any other update since then. Am I getting rejected or is it normal to be on hold without any update for a month at this stage?

Holding an offer of 20.5LPA. Now selected for C1 band at Capegemini. How much should I ask?

I joined TCS 2 days back. Today I got the better offer from Deloitte. What should I do? Should I resign from TCS and joined Deloitte or stay with the TCS.

Just saw that Airbnb's salary range for a 2+ years experience Data Scientist in US is 129k -180k USD.
In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.

But in 29 of nov show two status in ibegin current and previous status in current it show resume is shotlisted and previous it show evaluation in progress.what it mean?

I was told I will get HR call.Then on 11th sept i got onboarding email to submit documents and the next day all the documents got verified but since then I didn't get any update and it has been more than two weeks.Ibegin portal shows evaluation in progress. Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
Note: I do have good relationship with X company.

However I still have not received confirmation on your salary yet. This will take some time. Will respond back to you as and when there is an update pls. Ibegin status -Evaluation is in progress.
