Typically citing to the exhibit number can provide clarity, in addition to including date if needed. (Court reporters can sometimes also number pages sequentially if you ask, which avoids the need to do this, but assuming it’s too late for this for you).
I believe it’s in the bluebook but usually it’s something like “LastName Dep. Tr. (date if necessary) 4:20-60:9.”
Just realized your question was more specific. Usually just cite to Vol. 2 or the date.
I think you can just use your preferred depo citation style without worrying about the dates. You could also drop a footnote indicating that the deposition took place over two days (or however many days it took).
