Long walk. You can take a rental car shuttle from C/D to B and that will be easy. Getting back is the hike.
To clarify, Centurion lounge is before security, so if it isn't a layover you don't need to go through security twice, but factor in the time if it's just a layover
I do it weekly from the lounge to C. Just remember that it's an outdoor, uncovered walk and yes it takes at least 12-15 minutes. Also, FYI, due to construction they will be shutting down that sidewalk soon (in the next month or two supposedly, date TBD) at which point you're only option will be to take the bus. Or so they claim.

I've done it before OP, totally feasible just factor 30 mins for walking round trip plus going back through security (hopefully you have TSE Precheck)
