I have an offer from Accenture as Team Lead (Level 9) and one from IBM as senior consultant (Band 7B). IBM is paying little bit more than Accenture, but their compensation is entirely fixed. Accenture is ready to match the IBM offer. My question is which designation is better to join for someone with 8 years of experience?

Lack luster extracurriculars / community involvement. Am a CPA and have passed CFA I. GMAT range will most likely be 650 to 700ish, but haven't take it yet.

I come from an eastern culture and we tend not to move out until marriage and are Moreso collective than a typical western family. My brother moved out at 28 after he was already making 200+ and had no shame. All my peers make me feel guilty for “mooching” but they all had to move out once they got a job at like 22. Thoughts?
