It was loooong for me. I think maybe 4-6 weeks before I heard anything after submitting
Thanks! Did you ever follow up after submission? I am super interested in one of their remote positions, but don't want to be a pain!
Fairly quick with a recruiter. Applied, had screener, callback, and offer within 3 weeks? It just depends on office, position, etc. I’m an attorney on the recruiting committee. DM if questions.
Thank you! I did follow up after about 2 weeks, and did not get a response. It could be that firm is not interested or maybe have not made any decision yet. Hopefully I hear either way soon!
*of application submission...
Did you hear back? For me, it took 2 weeks between my first interview and my offer. I had 2 rounds of interviews. I have had colleagues tell me it took over a month. I think it depends on the practice group and how dire the needs are.
I did hear back... they weren't interested in pursuing my candidacy. Its tough out there right now!
