You’re correct. The math is too difficult to make a meaningful bonus as an analyst, especially considering utilization/ramp up.
I would just assume you’ll make your salary, and the firm will likely throw a small bonus your way (think a couple grand) to be nice.
My background: I went through the analyst program, still at the firm. I got my big pay day last year so it was worth it, but you have to realize you probably won’t make the bigger bonus till year 3-ish coming from the analyst program. Unless you have a monster year and get lucky with collections.

No, there is not a CPA pass bonus. But, the firm will cover the costs of your exams (1x for each passed exams) and admin/license fees.
There is a signing bonus. Usually they give you 2 options: 1) bigger signing bonus or 2) smaller signing bonus + Becker subscription
