I’m interviewing for jobs and I received an offer from company A, but I’d prefer company B. I told company B that I’d received an offer, and asked when they’d be making their decision/if we could speed up the process. I put company A off for as long as I could but I went ahead and accepted, just in case. Does it help me at all to go back to B and tell them I turned down A’s offer? Like, will it make me look super committed or does them thinking I have an active competing offer help me more?

I am not one to judge, and don't want to, but honestly there is a dark side to the socials. In a way, she's taking advantage of the fact that it's just screenshots of her life that she can curate how she wants. I know everyone is doing this to some degree, and there are redeeming qualities to SM - but at what point are we supporting something that's actually harmful?

In my role now I’m being asked to use a made up Facebook page to like posts from my company’s Facebook page. Not only is this not best practice, I think it also violating Facebook’s Community Standards. Does anyone have any experience with this? I need to bring evidence to my boss. I don’t want to risk my company’s page or my personal account ending up in Facebook jail. I feel like it’s wrong especially because everyone would already be doing this to increase likes.

Has anyone else ever had their brand account shadowbanned by TikTok? TikTok claims that we aren’t being shadowbanned but I’m calling bullshit on that. We have 300k followers yet out of nowhere our videos started only pulling 300-400 views when we where averaging 5-6k. TikToks solution when we called them out is that we need to invest more money, but our team is wildly against giving them anymore money for the foreseeable future.

Any feedback/suggestions would be helpful
