I do have some questions to ask them before I submit the docs, there is only a section in Mymobilty to ask questions but don’t know how long it will take for someone to respond my questions. He’s leaning transactional, but also open to litigation. Any insights/advice on these firms in the TX market? Any to avoid?

I am going to renew my visa now but for my appointment I had given my current passport number and for appointment I need to carry the renewed passport(Which will have new Passport Number) , please help if this will be an issue??
