Unlikely you can keep your level because it’s a completely different skill set.
Or vice versa? Any thoughts on moving from LS/pharma to payer/provider?
Why would you drop a level to gain more expertise? Genuinely curious, is this is an issue at other firms?
Uhh maybe in title if not in compensation?
