Anyone restart as a Senior Consultant and level down to gain real skills? I’m essentially just got promoted to Consulting Manager (PMO Consultant) but I hate cat-herding and feel like I always really liked the technical side of things. People keep saying I’m good at PMO, but it’s a common skillset.
