Anyone transition from litigation to corporate transactions? How did you do it? Do you have any tips on the best way to make this transition?

All of my law school internships were in technology transactions but because of layoffs around the time I graduated, I had to pivot to ID litigation and have been trying to get out ever since.

Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay?
