I see two crowds these days. One thinks housing market will crash. The other thinks housing market will soar.

The contrarian in me makes me think this is a decent indication that housing market will stagnate (or increase minimally) for a few years.

As a general rules, I feel like the majority cannot foresee a crash/surge coming. The prevalence of such expectations would hamper the pre-conditions necessary for such a dramatic change.

Betting on ETH because I think it has real value other than just a currency. Why’s it slumping though.

Does anyone have experience in getting investors? How do you identify investors who may be interested? Are there any sites where you can invest in or post investment opportunities?
