I have a looming sense of self hatred. I take medication I workout and do all the things to feel good, but it’s just stuck there. Just got on a new project and I have no idea what I’m doing. I’ve been asked to lead a group of developers that are older than me and I feel anxious. Leadership has given me full reigns on project planning and managing my team. Didn’t know I would get this role so early as I’ve always been led. I also feel anxious as I’m the only young person on the team. How does one cope?
