Closing on my first home. Advice for anyone with student loans in administrative forbearance per the Cares act: once your offer is accepted have you student loan servicer put your account back in repayment status.

Accounts in forbearance, even administrative forbearance, are calculated at a higher monthly payment by the underwriter.

My fictitious debt to income ratio was too high for them to approve me, and it took seven days for my loan to be officially back in repayment. So just a heads up.

I am currently looking for cost conscious 401 (k) Safe Harbor Small Business Plan offerings. The participants would have self-directed accounts and the Plan would permit investing in company stock. Any suggestions on Plan providers welcome; no need to critique the approach except in terms of IRS rules or other legal barriers (primarily, did I present requirements incorrectly, presumably). The Plan will be part of a ROBS (RollOver as Business Startup)

401K fiduciary responsibilities and other requirements for a Safe Harbor Plan? I will be creating the plan under a C Corp holding company with operational LLCs. All employees will be informed of the 401K including rollover opportunities.
