New client looking to switch from Simple to Safe Harbor 401k (needs safe harbor because owner makes 5x what employees make(dentist office )Does anyone know if there is a custodian who offers this?

I don’t get it: Why would anyone invest, for example, in a 6% dividend yield etf with a 0.50% ER (ie EMHY) instead of a 9% dividend yield etf with a 2.5 ER (ie YYY)? Wouldn’t you still be getting better results with the expensive one?

How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day.
