Had a very serious query. In my current organization I was not under taxable bracket by any means so I didn't submit any investment declarations or anything. But I'll start a new job in 2 weeks where I'll be under taxable bracket. I am currently looking for cost conscious 401 (k) Safe Harbor Small Business Plan offerings. The participants would have self-directed accounts and the Plan would permit investing in company stock. Any suggestions on Plan providers welcome; no need to critique the approach except in terms of IRS rules or other legal barriers (primarily, did I present requirements incorrectly, presumably). The Plan will be part of a ROBS (RollOver as Business Startup)
