Just saw someone commented - yes awake watches was the one with interesting dials. It was the silver leaf dials and the La Joux-Perret movements!

Yes I did try them on, and they also had just the dials to touch and feel. I found them to be well made and the dial colors were very impressive.

I’m not a micro brand person though, so I don’t really find the appeal in spending 2K on a brand that may (or may not) disappear in a few years 😅

Oh I had recently seen the dual timer Dennison on Instagram. Tried it in person.. it was pretty unique and decently made. It’s a quartz so thin as well.

Straum has very catchy dials, there was one more I forgot which had very unique dials just like anordain but I can’t remember the name😅

I got offer from 2 firms KPMG global for 6 lpa and Deloitte India for 6.5 lpa. Which one should i move for.

My personal opinion is to go for DI because its in my hometown, for KPMG i need to relocate. But many people are telling WLB was bad in DI. any suggestions..

Shot in the dark since it’s an expensive, niche, and quartz watch… but does anyone have a Breitling Emergency? I wouldn’t say I *need* the emergency beacon aspects of it since a pay for a satellite communicator, but as an outdoorsy guy I’m intrigued. $15K+ seems like a lot for a quartz watch even with the plb functionality but bonuses don’t spend themselves
