Anyone who has left EY knows how to access you W-2 through ADP? Did EY change the User ID? It used to be your GUI@EYUS. I have tried that with correct password multiple times but still fail to log in. Will EY send W-2 to you next January/February for the salary they have paid you in 2025?

Why would you ever want to rollover your 401K into an IRA? It seems like doing so would essentially prevent you from successfully being able to do a IRA to Backdoor Roth IRA conversion due to the pro-rata rule. Am I missing something?
