I'm into Salesforce with 6.2yrs of experience working as a Sr. Developer having the current CTC as 14lpa. And got an offer from Mindtree for the same Sr. Developer position(C3- Module Lead), as Lead position requires minimum 7yrs of experience. They offered me a package of 19.2lpa. Is this worthy? Please suggest how much can I expect from them? Also how is the hike cycle in Mindtree ? Mindtree

I don’t work for Northwestern Mutual but I had an interview with them a few months ago (Still looking for full-time work now). Overall it kind of sounds like another “insurance and financial services firm” with a 100% commission pay plan. Unless you have an existing book of business, it’s gonna be difficult to make it work especially with things now.
You’re both welcome :)
I was a “recruiter” there for a hot minute. It’s a tough tough gig and that’s why they needed my selling skills to help sell the career. I wouldn’t advise getting into this right now, or at least do some research. It’s a decent company I think but also haven’t had much experience with other firms.
Following....
The people are amazing, and they sell a great culture. They are very strict on how you conduct your business (Granum model) - 40 calls a day, 6 fact finders per week. You must have 30 ( or close to) clients by the end of your first contract year or your contract will be terminated. And they make you pay for near everything, but they will pay for you to get registered which is great. Once you are into your second year you must 2500 a month for rent and expenses.
What do you mean by rent and expenses?
