My LWD in TCS was 14th September.
Till now I didn't received any mail or document from TCS.
Can you guys let me know when will I get my initial release letter or relieving letter and other documents from TCS as my new employer asking about it.

I joined tcs as ast with 16 lpa 3 months back and the work culture vis bit slow and feel like I am back 5 years in time. In mean time I got an offer in an Australian telecom company in india which was my previous client ,now offered me 20 lpa ,permanent role

So I resigned in tcs.
Now in tcs they are promising H1 this year and asking me how they can retain me.
What should I ask them for retaining me .
