What are the best responses for “a time when you led a team” in a consulting interview, for someone who has not had a managerial position (1 yoe) before? I also don’t want to use an example from undergrad so I’m kind of stuck. What are they really looking for in this question? Initiative? Impact? People skills? And how would you differentiate this vs “a time when you worked in a team”

If the candidate doesnt finish the case on time during interview, is it a automatic rejection?

Does anyone have advice about interviewing somewhere with bad Yelp/google reviews? Is it OK to ask about it in an interview? Does any law office, for the most part, have “good” reviews, especially family law? The reviews I read on lots of law office pages are usually people who are accusing the firm of over-billing, not doing enough work or losing/obtaining an unfavorable outcome. Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

Looking for a little help on developing a website prototype to test (app too if possible). I need:

A backend that allows for volunteers to add their availability hours (something like Calendly integration), short bio, profile pic etc

A front end that requires users to sign up, and then lets them directly sign up with the volunteers.

I looked at Wix online booking system but you can only schedule staff by working hours. Built sites on WP before but lacking in time currently.
