While telling the company (with x offer) that i have got offer from another company, do i have to show the whole offer letter to negotiate? And if i'm showing only the salary breakup page, should i hide the company logo?

Hi, just got an offer from A&M as D (Performance Improvement). The base from Glassdoor is accurate (US as a benchmark). Bonus is much higher than my current. Anyway the base seems very low compared to S& SA in US.
1) is it true that the base is that low compared to junior-mid level at S&?
2) i am based in Asia, any different rate compared to other region at A&M?
3) the TC can be 3x that what I can get currently, but i can make partner in few years at PwC. Do you think A&M should be considered?

How is the culture, decent folks or sharp elbows everywhere? Is the total comp as good as advertised or is this false advertising? I have offers from A&M and Alix and Strat& and am trying to decide soon. Not just looking at comp, but looking to work hard at a place where I can learn a lot too and like the people around me.
