Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . 90 Days notice period is big roadblock. Dont know why dont Indian IT ministry take look into it. Companies implemented this policy in 2008 recession and then never took it back. In abroad countries employee can even give company 8-15 days NP. But as we all know we live in typical third world country with zero employeement Laws so here only mla minsters can switch partys without NP.

Does anyone know about designation hierarchy in Wipro consulting? Also, do they have bonus apart from fixed compensation? I will soon have an HR evaluation and compensation discussion and would like to have an idea before the discussion. The designation mentioned is Consultant, but I think over 7+ years of experience should be given AM designation.

In Capgemini, Some of my clearances are auto cleared and some are still pending. I have my last working day on Dec. first week.
