Anyone working in Devops domain, need help. How is NICE for Devops position and for long term. how are the different entity like NICE actimize, Cxone and Wem. Is it just for name sake or are they cohesively a part of NICE. What is difference between them.

Does anyone else struggle with being a freelancer while also being a natural leader? I always feel in freelance roles that they would prefer I just shut up (even though my ideas have been praised and implemented plenty), esp within my own dept. In a full-time role, taking charge is expected, but I'm feeling like I should just sit back and take orders vs trying to be proactive or having thoughts in a freelance role.
