Applied to EY got an interview but no offer. What can I expect now that I’ve garnered more experience and additional educational credentials and am applying as a rehire?

I am looking to leave my current position due to not having the opportunity to run campaigns and earn experience.
However, every interview I get asked about the campaigns that I have run.
This is starting to feel like a closed loop. Any ideas are appreciated.

I do create some personal campaigns and do social media content on LinkedIn for my personal profile. That is why I get a high number of interviews but I stumble at the starting line.

I have two things i want to know!
1. I have a an interview with Disney coming up for a Comms strategy specialist. How should I prep for that?
2. I want to apply to Microsoft for a Comms Manager role. I am having a hard time on finding the right people to network with for a referral/how to stand out from the crowd.
So if anyone has any tips or people i can talk to would be great!!

I just boomeranged to Google from a very hyped, private fintech - and my experience there was completely miserable. Bad culture, input vs output oriented perf, bureaucratic, etc.

I feel relieved to be out of that mix, but I feel so invalidated by friends, colleagues etc who gaslight by saying publicly how great the company was - even when many of them would reveal to me in private (often in tears) that they were miserable too. I am joining Deloitte soon, before putting down my notice with my current employer the background investigation team informed me that except the current employer all elements are completed and finalized. Is it ok to put down the notice now or will there be any additional investigation that needs to be completed.

It’s now been about a month since I cold applied to all big 4 firms for upcoming winter internships. I’ve tried reaching out to some of the recruiters in the area I applied for but no response. Is this white flag territory or is there still hope? And if it’s the ladder is there anything I can do to speed up the process or is it just a waiting game.

I joined KPMG a while ago from federal consulting. Federal consulting had super good work life balance but I’ve been working at KPMG strategy for a while now. The hours are wild, my managers expect perfection, and I feel like it’s all meaningless. Does anyone else feel like this, how have you dealt with it, and is it like this once you go into industry?
