No official policy off all Big 4s is a few days in office. But depending on your team and your partners you could in theory be remote a lot of the time. Just depends on team.
No. If you get lucky you can wind up on some engagement teams that are fully remote.

We actually have the most flexibility while still getting exposure to the core audit. Same pay bands too. My busy season is always very mild compared to my time in core.
