Best consulting firms without the massive ego?
What city are you travelling to this week?
Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

B4 never had a strictly in office policy, hence the “return” is not accurate. Consulting has always been client facing, based on project requirements to be in person as deemed necessary.
We’re always on the road anyway so why bother forcing us into the office
Depends on the project. But what I mean is: we are mostly out at client site anyway, not in our own office. So it is up to the client, not firm, whether we come to office most of the time.

Can't return to something that never existed.
Anyone who is behind RTO brings no value to the table. If you need people around you to justify your position then you are obviously ignorant to the fact that you should not want to see anyone in the office. If the intention of RTO is to groom junior staff for client facing then take them out to meet clients. Stop hogging up the social events to make yourself feel important.
Noted. Director + light.
B4 flexible office policies have been excellent
Every big 4 seems to have some version of in office requirements now
Even 20 years ago big 4 offices were always empty.
lol
Yeah we are probably going to hybrid soon 3x per week
