I recently had an HR interview for a role that is directly aligned with my skill set. Further, I’m confident this particular skill set is not very common at all. At the function level, I can objectively state that I would be an ideal candidate for this position.
However, I received the “we’ve moved on” email you can’t reply to. Given that, it must’ve been “me” that didn’t align with the company. Can I, and how can I ask for feedback?

$325k TC at MBB in a non-generalist (still partner track) path. Appeared for KPMG interview 45 days back. HR is intentionally delaying offer release. Done with 2nd round of interview in last week of July. My Lwd is in oct first week. She took documents on 23rd Aug and did salary discussion a week later. And giving shitty excuses like waiting for approval. Approver is on leave bla bla. Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.
