Any travel opportunities at Tredence?
As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!

Both my preganancies were after my health got better with med diet, so I can surely say your diet has a huge role to play. Walnuts are generally considered a very nutritious and healthy food. They are packed with essential nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and antioxidants, offering a range of potential health benefits.
with PCOS, diet makes a big difference. I started eating protein heavy (eggs) breakfast every day instead of skipping breakfast or eating carbs/sweet breakfast and it really helped.
There’s books like It Starts with the Egg that cover nutrition for fertility, things like antioxidants and omegas
My doc says no difference and not to stress myself with changing things up. Ultimately I don’t think anyone knows if it makes a difference or not. All you’ll get is anecdotal evidence. There are no reliable studies on this.
