Hello all, We are about to start our first IVF cycle in the next 2 weeks. What questions should I ask my RE before starting the cycle to make sure we are doing everything right. Anything you wish you had known before you went through the cycle.

History: Trying for 3 years. I have a blocked fallopian tube on 1 side and the other ovary had a dermoid cyst that had to be surgically removed. The other ovary does not seem to be responding well and isn't producing eggs. Hence moving to IVF.

Anyone with stage IV endo and recurring Endometriomas gone on Lupron after egg retrieval? I’m still on birth control but my doc said after egg retrieval (assuming we get a strong embryo), I’d get off of birth control and on lupron for two months before transfer. The reason I’m not getting off of birth control now is because it manages my pain.

Thoughts on Covid-safe ways to celebrate a birthday in the winter? In the summer, a few friends did small, distanced outdoor picnics but it’s gonna be around 40 degrees on my bday

How are you guys handling your mental health with job rejections or not getting interviews? Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. Looks likely that this FET cycle is going to get canceled (was potentially going to be this weekend) since the lining doesn’t seem to be thick enough. This will be the 3rd transfer cycle that’s getting canceled, it just really sucks...what’s worse is I didn’t see my doctor today, just the sono tech, (cont’d)

I’m about a month post FET, and after a positive beta I was feeling all of the classic symptoms (like nausea) from like week 5-6. But, this last week the nausea has significantly subsided (though not completely gone). Has this happened to anyone? We have our first ultrasound in a week - so nervous!

Husband and I have been TTC for almost a year. His semen analysis came back all normal with the exception of morphology at 1% (Kruger Strict criteria). Anyone have insights into morphology and it’s impacts on fertility? From what I’ve read and after talking to our fertility specialist morphology seems subjective.

I did an HCG trigger on 6/26. Took 1 test/day days 11-15, all positives. Now (day 17pt) I’m having cramps and lots of bloating. Is that normal in very early pregnancy? Slightly panicking...

Among 7 embryos, 5 came normal. 1- 5AA(male), 1-5AA(female),1-4BB(tier2,female),1-4AA(tier1,female), 1-4AA(tier 1, male). What is the best embryo among them? This is my first IVF. And little nervous as well. What could be the reasons if the embryo is not implanted ? Is it something with to do with me? Do we need to do anything from our side, like acupuncture ?
