I feel like there are better compensation opportunities in the US. Do we just always earn at a discount in Canada?

And serving notice period and I am worried whether it was a right decision to put paper as Recession is likely to hit the market. Will I have any impact of it? I mean is there any chance of my offer getting revoked?
Actually the salary slab in TCS is so low it was getting very difficult to survive. Need your thoughts. Please guide.

I started a company just under 1 year ago. We sell a product via ecom channels and have done ~100K in revenue with a 60% gross margin.

The first 6 months I was working a full time job. I quit my job to focus on the business full time, and have since depleted my readily available capital. I’m bootstrapping the business with my own funds. I was recently offered a job in my old industry for 80K per year. I was previously making 62K.

Should I take the job?

I hold total 7.5 YOE and 4.5 relevant experience in Ansible. Getting an offer from Kyndryl for 15 LPA FIXED and 50 k as JB..
Any suggestions should I join kyndryl?

Expecting an offer this week or early next week, but want to know when you start negotiating the salary? When you receive the call from the company or wait until receiving the formal offer letter? Can anyone help me wrap my head around this post Series C start-up equity offer? It’s an IP director position, the the base is $170 with 10% bonus (both lower than I was expecting). There’s also an equity component: 0.15% of current fully diluted equity. This equates to about 30000 shares at a strike price of $2.
